§ 259:98-b — Serious Injury

New Hampshire·Title XXI MOTOR VEHICLES·Ch. 259 WORDS AND PHRASES DEFINED
"Serious injury" shall mean any harm to the body which causes severe, permanent or protracted loss of or impairment to the health or to the function of any part of the body.
