§ 247:2 — Prohibited Equipment
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 247 RAILROAD TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS, BAGGAGE AND FREIGHT·Subdivision General Provisions Concerning Services
No cars of wood superstructure shall be used for the transportation of passengers on any railroad within this state after January 1, 1954, without the consent of the department of transportation.
