Text
The railroad may take and hold such land or rights in land as may be necessary to enable it to do such work as may be authorized or required by order of the department of transportation under this chapter by filing a location thereof, as provided for filing the location of a railroad; and the parties shall have like remedies for a change of location and for the appraisal of damages thereunder.
