Text
At any time after the filing of a petition under RSA 246:19, the petitioner may record in the registry of deeds for the county where the land lies a certified copy of said petition, and no sale, lease, or other transfer of said land made after such record shall affect the proceedings, nor the title of said petitioner to any land, rights, or easements which may be granted therein; but any person acquiring the title of any landowner may, on his motion, be substituted in place of said landowner as a party to said proceedings wherever the same may be pending.
