§ 246:8 — Appeal
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 246 CROSSINGS, STATIONS, FENCES, CATTLE GUARDS, BRIDGES, BRIDGE GUARDS·Subdivision Grade Crossings
Either party shall have the right to appeal from the decision of the commissioner to the superior court.
