§ 246:37 — Orders
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 246 CROSSINGS, STATIONS, FENCES, CATTLE GUARDS, BRIDGES, BRIDGE GUARDS·Subdivision Bridges and Bridge Guards
All orders and findings of the department of transportation shall be filed with the clerk of the town or city in which such bridge is located, and served upon the railroad.
