§ 238:23 — Funds

New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 238 HIGHWAY PROGRAMS·Subdivision Scenic and Cultural Byways System
The commissioner of the department of transportation is authorized to apply for funds including grants, accept funds, and disburse funds for the scenic and cultural byways program. Any moneys accepted shall be continually appropriated for the purpose of this subdivision.
