New Hampshire Statutes
§ 237-A:11 — Investment of Funds
Moneys in any fund or account created under the provisions of this chapter, subject to the terms and provisions of any trust or security agreement or resolution applicable thereto, may be invested in accordance with RSA 6:7 and 8. Except as otherwise provided by any such trust or security agreement or resolution, obligations so purchased as an investment of moneys in said fund or account shall be deemed at all times to be a part of said fund or account, and the interest thereon and any profit arising on the sale thereof shall be credited to said fund or account, and any loss resulting on the sale thereof shall be charged to said fund or account, respectively.
