§ 234:27 — Carrying Capacity of Bridge
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 234 BRIDGES AND BRIDGE AID·Subdivision Rehabilitation of Covered Wooden Bridges
No funds shall be expended unless such bridge may be rehabilitated to a carrying capacity of at least 6 tons.
