§ 234:16 — Joint Fund Expenditure
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 234 BRIDGES AND BRIDGE AID·Subdivision Duty to Construct and Maintain Bridges
Fifty percent of the contribution of the municipality or municipalities shall be remitted to the commissioner of transportation before any such bridge project is begun, and the balance shall be remitted on completion of the project, and such contribution together with the amount contributed by the state shall constitute a joint fund to be expended under the supervision and direction of the commissioner of transportation.
