Text
The commissioner of transportation shall make a biennial inspection of bridges on class I, II and III highways. Records of said inspections shall be kept by the department of transportation. The commissioner of transportation may employ such assistants, engineers or consulting services as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this subdivision.
