§ 234:1 — Bridges
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 234 BRIDGES AND BRIDGE AID·Subdivision Duty to Construct and Maintain Bridges
All bridges constructed or reconstructed with bridge aid funds and which are located on class II highways shall be maintained by the state. All other bridges on class II highways shall be maintained by the city or town in which they are located, and may be constructed or reconstructed with the use of bridge aid funds.
