§ 228:92 — Exclusions
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 228 ADMINISTRATION OF TRANSPORTATION LAWS·Subdivision Stocks and Other Securities of Common Carriers by Rail
I.Any common carrier by rail which is subject to the provisions of 49 U.S.C. section 11301 shall be subject to the provisions of RSA 228:82 but shall not be subject to any of the other provisions of this subdivision.
II.Any common carrier which is subject to RSA 359-T or RSA 266-A shall not be subject to the provisions of this subdivision.
