§ 228:105 — Authority to Enter Into Agreements
New Hampshire·Title XX TRANSPORTATION·Ch. 228 ADMINISTRATION OF TRANSPORTATION LAWS·Subdivision Park and Ride Facilities
The commissioner may enter into agreements with federal, state, or local agencies or other entities to assist with the planning, construction, maintenance, and management of park and ride facilities.
