Text
The commissioner may, in support of his actions as herein authorized, engage the services of consultants for the purpose of preparing estimates for plant rehabilitation costs. Further, he may engage, as he considers necessary, the services of qualified independent consultants to perform economic feasibility studies, appraisals, title searches and legal counsel, or as otherwise necessary in carrying out the responsibilities of this subdivision.
