Text
The commissioner is also authorized to apply for, with the approval of governor and council, loans, grants and such funds available under the provisions of the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973 or other pertinent federal legislation. The commissioner may utilize federal funds, such other grants, gifts or donations as may become available and such sums as are appropriated for the purpose of acquiring rail properties and for all other purposes set forth in this subdivision.
