Text
The commissioner shall have the power and authority to develop and promulgate plans for the development and continuation of railroad systems within the state of New Hampshire. The commissioner shall have the duty and responsibility for establishing a state plan as referred to in the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973, including sections 401, 402 and 403 thereof, or any other pertinent federal legislation.
