Text
The performance of contracts for all state transportation projects shall be inspected to assure compliance with the plans and specifications. The department shall require inspection service by one of the following methods:
(a)by the registered architect or professional engineer or his representative, (b) by qualified personnel of a professional construction inspection company, or (c) by personnel of the department of transportation.
