Text
The commissioner of transportation may purchase, through the department of administrative services, division of procurement and support services, such operating materials and supplies as may be necessary for the operation of the department. Materials or supplies requisitioned therefrom by a division of the department or by other state departments shall upon delivery be a charge against the funds of such division or other state department.
