Text

The director of the division of parks and recreation, subject to the approval of the commissioner of natural and cultural resources, shall have power to protect merchandise purchased for resale situated in the forestry and recreation building at Franconia Notch, Franconia, New Hampshire, against fire and water damage, and such insurance shall be purchased through the department of administrative services, division of procurement and support services.
