Text

Any person who is otherwise qualified for a resident hunting or fishing license or both, issued without charge pursuant to the provisions of title XVIII, shall furnish proof that he has resided within the state for at least 2 years immediately preceding his application for said license and has not during that time claimed a residence in any other state. Any person who willfully makes a false statement relative to his residency in applying for said license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
