Text

No fish of any description shall be brought into this state for use as bait without first procuring a permit from the executive director. Such permit shall be valid for no longer than one year but no additional permit shall be required within that period of time to import the same species of fish from the same source of supply. Five days' notification of each intent to import shall be filed with the executive director. The executive director shall set the fee for such permits pursuant to RSA 206:10, I.
