Text
Whenever any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this title or any rule or regulation of the executive director or of RSA 163-B, RSA 236:26, RSA 265:102 or RSA 635:2 shall appeal, his license shall be suspended pending disposition of the appeal. If the person so appealing is convicted, the period of suspension shall be computed from the date of the original conviction.
