Text

The executive director is hereby authorized to establish within state parks, in cooperation with the department of natural and cultural resources, such license agencies as he determines necessary to distribute a special one-day fishing license for the purpose of fishing within state parks when the land totally encompasses the entire lake or pond. Rules, fees, and licensing procedures shall be adopted by the executive director in accordance with RSA 541-A.
