§ 211:61-b — Cooperation with Federal Agencies

New Hampshire·Title XVIII FISH AND GAME·Ch. 211 FISH, SHELLFISH, LOBSTERS AND CRABS·Subdivision Salt Water Fish, Clams, Etc.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, the executive director of the department of fish and game is hereby authorized to make application to the United States Department of Commerce for cooperation and assistance in the carrying out of projects authorized by the Congress of the United States under the provisions of the Commercial Fisheries Research and Development Act of 1964, as amended. Such funds as may become available for the purposes of improving and developing the natural resources of Seabrook Harbor under the terms of the Commercial Fisheries Research and Development Act may be used for purposes consistent with the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce.
