Text
It shall be unlawful for any person to possess or take any marine mammals except as provided for in the Marine Mammal Protection Act and under the rules adopted by the executive director pursuant to RSA 207:14 and RSA 211:62. Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary, whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a violation.
