Text

When the seal of a court, public officer, or corporation is required by law to be affixed to any paper the word "seal" shall include an impression of the official seal made upon the paper alone, as well as an impression thereof made by means of wax, or a wafer, affixed thereto. The seal of a corporation upon a corporate bond or other corporate obligation for the payment of money may be a facsimile, engraved or printed, where such bond or other obligation is authenticated or certified by a trustee.
