§ 21-V:6 — Power of Subpoena

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 21-V OFFICE OF THE CHILD ADVOCATE
The office shall have the authority to subpoena witnesses, records, documents, reports, reviews, recommendations, correspondence, data, and other evidence that the office reasonably believes is relevant.
