§ 21-M:17 — Internet Crimes Against Children Fund Established
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 21-M DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE·Subdivision Internet Crimes Against Children Fund
There is hereby established in the office of the state treasurer a nonlapsing fund to be known as the Internet crimes against children (NH ICAC) fund which shall be kept distinct and separate from all other funds. The fund shall consist of all moneys appropriated to the fund, and any gifts, grants, or donations made to the fund. The fund shall be administered by the department of justice. The attorney general shall disburse moneys from the fund to support the Portsmouth police department ICAC task force and other NH ICAC affiliate agencies in good standing with the NH ICAC in their efforts to investigate and combat Internet crimes against children.
