§ 21-L:18 — Status as Rehearing
New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 21-L DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION·Subdivision Appeals
An appeal under this subdivision shall be considered a rehearing for purposes of RSA 541 and any other provision of law requiring a rehearing in the department prior to taking an appeal to any court.
