Text
If the provisions of RSA 21-G:9 or RSA 21-G:11 conflict with the powers and duties specifically granted by statute to a particular commissioner, the specific powers and duties shall control. If the provisions of RSA 21-G:9 or RSA 21-G:11 conflict with other statutes specifically limiting the powers of a commissioner, the specific limitations shall control.
