Text

It is unlawful to resist or attempt to resist arrest by a conservation officer, or to obstruct or attempt to obstruct, or to intimidate or interfere with a conservation officer in the performance of his duty. Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
