Text
I. The executive director, with the approval of the commission, may conduct wildlife population reductions and initiate management actions necessary to protect against disease, genetic, ecological, environmental, health, safety, or welfare risks to persons or wildlife. The executive director may exercise such authority only on Long Island, town of Moultonborough; and to the species, sex, age, number, and timing of the population reduction or management action. II. The executive director may adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, necessary to conduct an orderly and efficient wildlife population reduction or management action, including, but not limited to:
