Text
A housing authority is authorized to make preliminary or general plans outlining redevelopment activities for the community as a whole or for neighborhoods to embrace 2 or more redevelopment project areas, preliminary surveys to determine if the undertaking and carrying out of a redevelopment project are feasible, and plans for carrying out a program of voluntary repair and rehabilitation of buildings and improvements.
