Text
I. All licenses issued by the office shall expire in accordance with RSA 310. II. Persons licensed as installers are eligible for renewal of their licenses if they:
(a)Are not in violation of this chapter;
(b)Meet any requirements for continuing education established by the board in rules adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A; and
(c)Submit evidence that a surety bond required under RSA 205-D:9 is in force.
