Text
Operation of the authority shall be delegated by the board to an executive director who shall be appointed by the board. The executive director shall be a person qualified by training and experience in this field and shall hold office for an indefinite term, at the pleasure of the board. The executive director shall also be the secretary of the authority, shall keep a record of the proceedings of the authority, and shall be the custodian of all books, documents, and papers filed with the authority and of its minute book and seal. He shall have the power to cause copies to be made of all minutes and other records and documents of the authority and to give certificates under the seal of the authority to the effect that such copies are true copies, and all persons dealing with the authority m
