Text

As used in this chapter unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

I."Authority" shall mean the New Hampshire housing finance authority.
II."Board" shall mean the housing finance board.
III."Bonds" shall mean bonds of the authority issued under this chapter, including refunding bonds.
IV."Clerk" shall mean the clerk of the municipality or the officer charged with the duties customarily imposed on such clerk.
V."Development costs" shall mean the total of all costs incurred in connection with housing, which are approved by the authority as reasonable and necessary, which costs shall include, but not be limited to the following: the value of land and any buildings or improvements on the land, including payments for options, deposits or contracts to purchase properties on the propose
