Text

The purposes of the system shall be to:

I.Allow New Hampshire library management to assume additional responsibility for the availability, accuracy and validity of data accumulated and processed locally.
II.Allow New Hampshire libraries to utilize distributed data processing solutions which satisfy end-user needs within the policies and procedures which are developed by the commissioner of natural and cultural resources.
III.Provide electronic access to state government information to libraries, state agencies, and the general public.
