Text

I.

(a)Designated assistive personnel shall complete an anaphylaxis training program prior to providing or administering epinephrine at least every 2 years following completion of the initial anaphylaxis training program. Such training shall be conducted based on resources provided by the National Association of School Nurses, the Food and Allergy Anaphylaxis Network, or the New Hampshire School Nurses' Association. Training shall be conducted online or in person and, at a minimum, shall cover:
(1)Techniques on how to recognize symptoms of severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis.
(2)Standards and procedures for the storage and administration of epinephrine.
(3)Emergency follow-up procedures.
