Text
There is hereby established in the state treasury the automated external defibrillator (AED) fund. The nonlapsing fund shall be kept separate and distinct from all other funds and shall be continually appropriated to the department of safety, division of fire and standards and training and emergency medical services for the purposes of this section. The fund shall be used to provide financial support for the procurement and distribution of AEDs to schools in accordance with emergency plans for sports related injuries under RSA 200:40-c. The division may accept gifts, grants, donations, and other moneys for this purpose.
