§ 200-A:1 — New England Higher Education Compact

New Hampshire·Title XV EDUCATION·Ch. 200-A THE NEW ENGLAND HIGHER EDUCATION COMPACT
The governor on behalf of the State of New Hampshire is hereby authorized to execute a compact, in substantially the following form, with any one or more of the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Providence Plantations and Vermont, and the legislature hereby signifies in advance its approval and ratification of such compact. NEW ENGLAND HIGHER EDUCATION COMPACT Article I The purpose of the New England higher education compact shall be to provide greater educational opportunities and services through the establishment and maintenance of a coordinated educational program for the persons residing in the several states of New England parties to this compact with the aim of furthering higher education in the fields of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, public h
