§ 20:1 — Laws

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 20 PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF BILLS, JOINT RESOLUTIONS, LEGISLATIVE MANUAL, STATUTES, JOURNALS, AND REPORTS

I. At the close of a legislative session, the director of legislative services shall cause such number of copies of all the acts and resolves thereof, with an appropriate index, to be printed as the joint committee on legislative facilities shall determine. II. Such acts and resolves shall be numbered consecutively as chapters, beginning with number one, in the order in which they were enacted and shall be uniform in style with the Revised Statutes Annotated. III. The director of legislative services shall cause such number thereof to be bound as said committee shall determine:

(a)In paper, and
(b)In hard cover. IV. All the printed copies of the laws which are to be sold or distributed by the state librarian shall be delivered to the state librarian for distribution, sale, and storage. V
