§ 198:15-g — Federal School Building Aid
The department of education is hereby designated as the agency of the state of New Hampshire for the receipt and distribution of federal funds in aid of school building construction and is hereby given such authority in connection therewith as it may be required to possess by any federal act relating thereto in order to receive and distribute such funds, and it is hereby authorized to cooperate with the federal government or any agency thereof in the development of plans for the distribution of federal funds in aid of the construction of school buildings and to receive and expend in accordance with such plans all funds made available to it or the state of New Hampshire by the federal government or any of its agencies; provided, however, to the extent permitted by any federal act relating t
