§ 189:9 — Pupils in Private Schools
New Hampshire·Title XV EDUCATION·Ch. 189 SCHOOL BOARDS, SUPERINTENDENTS, TEACHERS, AND TRUANT OFFICERS; SCHOOL CENSUS·Subdivision School Boards, Transportation and Instruction of Pupils
Pupils attending approved private schools, up to and including the twelfth grade, shall be entitled to the same transportation privileges within any town or district as are provided for pupils in public schools.
