Text
To achieve maximum utilization of available before-and-after-school programs for school-age children, school districts shall be permitted to transport pupils between schools and legally-operating before-and-after-school programs upon the approval of the school district in the same manner as the school budget is adopted by that district. Such approval shall continue until revoked in the same manner.
