Text
The chancellor of the community college system of New Hampshire is charged with the administration of this chapter and is authorized, within the funds appropriated therefor, to employ teachers, administrative staff and such other employees as may be necessary to carry out the provisions hereof. The chancellor is authorized and directed to locate the facilities for any training program hereunder at the community college system of New Hampshire, and to establish and implement curricula for as many of said professions as soon as possible, and to make application for and receive any and all federal grants or assistance available.
