§ 187-A:16-b — Freedom of Association
New Hampshire·Title XV EDUCATION·Ch. 187-A STATE COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY SYSTEM·Subdivision Administration
No institution within the university system of New Hampshire which accepts state funds shall prohibit, as a condition of admission or continued enrollment, any student from becoming a member of any group or organization, nor shall an institution take disciplinary action against a student based solely on the student's membership in a group or organization.
