Text
The commissioner of the department of education shall develop information resources regarding alternatives to guardianship, including supported decision-making agreements pursuant to RSA 464-D, for children with disabilities who are approaching the age of 18. These resources shall be developed in consultation with New Hampshire disability advocacy organizations and other stakeholders and made available to local education agencies to facilitate their responsibility to provide information to students and families regarding alternatives to guardianship under RSA 186-C:3-c.
