Text
The department shall hire and assign such personnel or contract for services to perform responsibilities required under state or federal special education law, including, but not limited to, monitoring, compliance, and technical assistance and support to school districts. Special education services of the division of learner support shall be fully coordinated and integrated with the department's general curriculum and instruction activities.
