Text
If the commissioner finds upon inspection that a producer fails to comply with the requirements of this subdivision or rules adopted hereunder he shall notify the producer in writing of his violation and shall set forth a reasonable period of time in which to afford compliance. If compliance is not afforded within the time specified his permit shall be denied or revoked.
